I can’t begin to tell you how much I LOVE SEA TURTLES. When I saw that there was a fun animated children’s DVD with Sea Turtle movie I was so excited and HAD to see it. The best part was to see how excited my kids were when they saw this lovable & educational video.

About:

Born in Baja California, Sammy the Turtle goes on the adventure of his life beginning the day he hatches. Sammy journeys across the ocean for over fifty years. At the beginning of his journey, Sammy meets his best friend Ray and together they go on a wild journey where they encounter sharks, birds, a friendly octopus, several human encounters, see the effects of ocean pollution, and much more. Sammy gets displaced from his best friend Ray and continuously thinks about his friend Shelly he met at birth throughout. Fate allows Sammy to meet up with Shelly again as he saves her from a shark. After becoming displaced from Shelly when searching for a special passage way in the ocean, Sammy continues to travel the ocean to search for Shelly again and will risk his life to find her. He finds his best friend Ray along the way who leads him to a place where he reunites with Shelly again.

Kid’s will enjoy the story of friendship and learn about the actual life cycle of a sea turtle. This is a great family animated film.

I could probable recite this movie to you after hearing repeatedly everyday. My kids and I love it. It is cute when we watch it, my kids will say “You love sea turtles mom hu?”.
