About Telestrations: A hilarious sketch, pass and guess party game by USAopoly where players simultaneously draw what they see, then guess what they saw to reveal outcomes that are hilarious and unpredictable. Almost like a game of telephone sketched out! Everyone plays at the same time, it’s multi-generational, interactive and engaging. Telestrations is simple to learn and play. Last about 60 minutes for 8 players.
Game comes with: Eight erasable color coiled sketch books, eight dry-erase markers, eight clean-up cloths, 142 “This Side” & “That Side” cards in card box (over 1,700 words), 60 second-sand timer, one die and instructions.
Recommended ages: Anyone who can read and write. Suggested age is 12 and up (middle school+).
Number of players: Four to eight players 
How to play: This is a FUNNY and exciting game based on the classic “telephone game,” WHERE everyone plays at the same time. Each player gets their own erasable sketch book (Different color bindings), dry-erase marker and word card. A roll of the die determines each player’s secret starting word. The timer gets turned and everyone draws their word. After 60 seconds, everyone passes their book to the player on their left. Then each player takes a few seconds to guess what they see, write it down, and passes again. The timer is turned and everyone draws what they see. This play continues until everyone’s sketch book passes by every player and returns back to its original owner, at which point it’s time to see what happened to each secret word. Points can be scored if the last guess matches the secret word, and for favorite sketch and written guess in each book.

Our thoughts: OH MY GOSH this is fun and hilarious. Each year at Christmas time we (my siblings) look for a fun game for the family to play AND as a gift for my parents that we can all play when we get together. WELL we definitely found the perfect game for this year’s traditional holiday board game. The thing about Telestrations that is different from other games is how all the players are engaged, how silly the outcomes are, how many people can play. It is easy to play and I realized I am not that great of an artist. 
This is definitely a fun game as an ice breaker, party igniter, great gift, silly for bridal shower, for a silly family game night, AND a fun game for your high school kids. My daughter played it with me and CAN”T wait to play it with all her friends over Christmas break.
I like that the little notepad you write on are dry eraser sheets so there is no paper needed, it is organized, easy to follow, and reusable.
I definitely recommend Telestrations as a must try game this holiday season.
