We just celebrated my son’s 3rd birthday with a few parties (neighborhood, family, and immediate family). For his big official party we invited all my siblings, all my husband’s siblings, and all the cousins. For this big of a group with a variety of diets and food likes, we needed a lot of food. The Souplantation (San Bernardino) closest to where our party was held, was one of the few Souplantations that doesn’t offer catering specials. But I was in luck. I still was able to experience all the delicious food options that Souplantation catering offers.
I received a large bowl of Caesar Salad and Won Ton Chicken Salad. Each salad came with fresh crisp lettuce and all the fixings needed to dress them up and make them uniquely amazing. I simply poured the ingredients provided into the salad bowl, replaced the lid, and shook the salad bowl. Then tada it was ready to be savored.
How can you top off two large delicious salad favorites? With a yummy fresh potato bar with all the sides needed to make fresh baked and stuffed potatoes. There were sides of shredded cheese, sour cream, and chives. Our guests were also able to enjoy a tasty Broccoli salad. If you are a broccoli lover, you will REALLY enjoy this savory dish.
To sweeten up this lunch feast, our guests were also able to enjoy fresh baked cornbread, muffins, and brownies. YUMMY!!!
Fabulous Features that left me happy and impressed:

- Low price. About $6.99 person.
- Enough for 10 people. Although it says enough for 10, we fed more people than that and still had some left over.
- Containers can be used to save left overs and store in refrigerator.
- Pick up at your local Souplantation/Sweet Tomatoes. Delivery may be available in some areas.
- Great for birthdays, Monday night football, family dinners, dinner parties, and other events you need to serve food at.
Overall I can say I am impressed. Myself and my guests left full and happy with the food choices and fresh filling taste. It was easy to prepare, easy clean up, and an inexpensive way to feed a large group of people. Souplantation Catering provided an AWESOME meal and experience that I would DEFINITELY recommend to others as a great catering option.
