If your kids are extremely active like mine, stains are a huge issue for you as well. I don’t just mean clothes either. When moms ask me my secret is to getting stains out, I say “That is easy, OxiClean“.

Here are just a few of the things I use OxiClean on (you can tell I use it a lot). I am just glad they sell it in large tubs or I would be at the store all the time. The new and improve container fits even better in my cleaning cabinet, which saves space and is easier to open.
- Car seats. While I have a no eating in the car rule, you would not believe the amount of stains my kids seem to make on their car seats. I simply take off the covers of their car seats and soak in OxiClean OR I put the in the washing machine and pour a scoop of OxiClean in.
- Couch. The do not eat on the furniture (or draw) rule somehow went out the window in this room as well. If it were not for the help of OxiClean, I am not sure that my couch covers would have lasted this long or looked like they do. (The flash made the second picture a bit lighter, but shows better how the pen marks are gone).

- Carpet. You would not believe how dingy my carpet has become thanks to pop cycles, juice boxes, snacks, etc. I just make a mixture of water and OxiClean, apply to the soiled areas, let sit for a bit, scrub, apply a little more water, pat dry, and color is out. When I use my carpet cleaning machine, I add a half scoop of OxiClean in with the hot water and cleaning solution to give my carpet cleaning a boost.
- Soccer uniforms. OH MY talk about your big helper. My oldest is in competitive soccer AND she has a white uniform. What does that mean for me? Grass stains, make up stains, dirt stains, AND the white makes them more visible. Hopefully you can see in the before and after pictures all the soiled spots. I followed the directions on the back of the OxiClean container, which stated to fill the OxiClean soaking tub with 1 gallon of water and use one scoop of OxiClean powder. Then soak soiled clothing (uniform) for up to six hours, then wash in washing machine as normal. TADA. Look at my after pictures. The spots are gone. YAY!!!!

- Clothes. My kids play hard and it shows on their clothes. For the clothes that need special attention (small spots) and I don’t have time to soak, I use OxiClean spray and then add OxiClean powder in with my wash.
- Mattress. My son decided to take his reddish purple pop cycle and let it melt on his NEW white mattress. THANK YOU OxiClean for getting it out and not leaving a trace.
- Sheets. Great for helping with kids overnight wetting accidents and bottle leaks.
- Shoes. Helps revive my kids dirty dingy shoes.
- Tile Grout. Check out how it works on my grout in the pictures. This is easy to do and makes a HUGE difference in your grout.

- Car Mats and Car Floor. I use OxiClean for spot cleans in my car.
- Bathroom. Great for helping clean the tile, grout, toilet, sinks, and more.
I wish I could show you ALL my before and after pictures, you would be amazed and see why I am hooked.
*I like that it REALLY works. My trick is to make sure I soak or douse stains in OxiClean solution immediately after an incident. This tends to ensure that it doesn’t become a stain. For incidents that take to have time to sit in the material, it just takes me a little more time to soak, which either fades the spot making it barely visible or eliminates it altogether. The most common stains I have to clean on a daily basis are my kids school clothes. My two youngest are VERY busy running around at their schools and LOVE lunch time. With that comes spills and falls, which equals stains and cleaning from me. The other laundry challenge of mine is my kid’s sports uniforms. White shouldn’t allowed to be a soccer uniform color (hee hee). Yaya’s uniform is light lavender, which still shows up dirt almost as great as her older sister’s uniform. With the help of OxiClean I keep my girl’s uniforms looking good for the whole season and enjoy saying “That is okay, I will just use OxiClean”.
As you can see I use OxiClean ALL the time and on anything I can. I do recommend it to moms any chance I get, because it works for me.
