Being a dentist’s wife, you can only imagine how important it is to me to not only have my kid’s teeth clean and protected, but mine as well. I know that people look at us like our teeth should be white and perfect. I would love to have perfect teeth, but just like any goal or dream, sometime they take work. I like to have a morning soda (instead of coffee) each morning and with that comes stained teeth. Rembrandt offers tooth pastes to help restore enamel and whiten teeth.
REMBRANDT was discovered by cosmetic dentist and whitening pioneer, Dr. Robert Ibsen. His goal was to provide patients with an effective whitening products that would help reduce/eliminate stains and scratches on teeth. Unlike other whitening brands, REMBRANDT still stays single-mindedly focused on teeth whitening. I LOVE teeth whitening products, so I was excited to have the chance to try some of Rembrandt’s teeth whitening toothpastes. Let me share with you a few products I had the chance to try.
Rembrandt D: Whitens Deeper & Restores Enamel in Winter Mint flavor. It is a peroxide toothpaste formulated for surprising whitening. Special ingredients include dental peroxide, which is a safe enamel whitening ingredient dentists use and fluoride used to actively restore and strengthen enamel.
My thoughts: I love the smell of the Winter Mint flavor. the toothpaste looked more like a thicker version of teeth whitening gel. For me I can tell the difference between toothpaste with and without peroxide (active ingredient
used for whitening). I like whitening feeling and look Rembrandt D leaves on my teeth while brushing and after. The fluoride helps strengthen teeth, which another feature my teeth really need. I would recommend it to others as a person who actively seeks teeth whitening products.
Rembrandt I: Removes Stains & Restores Enamel in Mint Flavor. This is a whitening toothpaste with fluoride. Great for polishing away stains that coffee, soda, red wine, and tobacco can leave behind. It uses a unique blend of micro-polishers and stain fighters as well as actively restores and strengths enamel with fluoride.
My thoughts: This one looks more like your typical white tooth paste, with a light and refreshing Mint flavor. Definitely leaves your teeth feeling clean. I like how it works to assist in stain removal and restoring tooth enamel. After using it, I felt like I not only brushed my teeth, but I whitening and used mouth wash.
I used a Reach Total Care + Whitening tooth brush to reach those hard to reach areas and help in my dental cleaning. I liked the way the bristles and handle were shaped, providing me with a better grip and cleaning experience. To top off my daily brushing experiences I used Reach Total Care with Listerine Fresh Mint Floss. Flossing is DEFINITELY A MUST! I learned the hard way what not flossing will do.
