Are you looking for ways to soften your environmental footprint as you navigate your child´s first steps?
Seventh Generation wants to offer you an EXCLUSIVE sneak peek at their newly re-launched Free & Clear diapers. With the same great performance that parents have come to expect from Seventh Generation, Free & Clear diapers have a brand new look that makes it `clear´ what makes them so special.
What Seventh Generation leaves out is just as important as what they put in. Free & Clear diapers do not include chlorine processing, fragrances, latex and petroleum based lotions. In an effort to contribute less overall landfill waste and continue to ensure a premium standard of absorbency, the new Free & Clear diapers have been redesigned with a lighter-weight core. With processed chlorine-free wood pulp in Free & Clear diapers, Seventh Generation also makes certain that no chlorine is released into the environment during the totally chlorine-free (TCF) whitening process of the diapers and training pants.
Seventh Generation has also reduced the size of the diapers´ plastic packaging, meaning that each pack now contributes even less overall landfill waste than before. In fact, Seventh Generation Free & Clear diaper packaging can now be recycled at local supermarkets where plastic bag recycling collection boxes are available.
I had the chance to try the Seventh Generation Free and Clear Diapers in size 4 (22-37 lbs). When it comes to diapers, I learned to just stick with the brands that work for me. I have tried some brands that haven’t held up like I needed them to and especially when I need them to the most (at night time). So when trying Seventh Generation Free and Clear diapers. I decided to test them compared to two other brands. One brand is the brand I usually use and the other is generic retail store brand.
Seventh Generation Free and Clear diapers worked great for us. I was surprised, because I wasn’t thinking they would hold up to my high expectations and needs. It is hard to believe that a diaper free of any harsh chemicals or irritants could works so great. The Seventh Generation Free and Clear Diapers worked just was wonderful as the brand I usually use AND worked better than the generic brand.
Features I like:
-
High Absorbency. I was happy to see that Free and Clear diapers could withstand an overnight session. This is the time that I need high absorbency the most. There was no leaking and the diaper stayed on the whole night where some tend to unlatch and leave spills.
- Comfortable. The diapers are easy to apply. They don’t bunch up and squeeze my son’s inner leg. My son can run around and be as active as he wants and the latches don’t come undone or interfere with his extremely active routine.
- No harsh chemicals: They are free of chlorine, fragrances, latex, and petroleum based lotions. My son has sensitive skin, so it is nice to me that the Free and Clear diapers did not irritate his skin.
