Home Loans

Something that is so sad to me is that it seems everywhere I look I see and hear of people losing their homes or living in fear of the possibility. The economy isn’t what it once was, people are losing their jobs and homes at an alarming & saddening rate. I look forward to seeing the job loss rate decrease and new jobs start popping up faster than they are currently.
It is nice to know that there are loans and refinancing options available to help those who have served in the military, such as VA loan refinance (for those who are active duty and prior service veterans who already have an existing VA loan) and VA Home Loans. These loans and refinance options are backed by the government and are able to lower your monthly payments if you already have a current home VA loan OR provide new VA loans with very low interest rates, whether you live in California or any other state in the US.
For those who are not able to look into VA loan options, be sure to check your current home loans for the possibility of refinancing or loan modifications. Right now loan rates are low and there are modification options available, which can save you a lot of money and hopefully help save your home.
