It is no secret to those who know me, how much I love Chili’s. What has my family and I hooked?
For starters the Skillet Queso Dip. YUM!
I like that it is very family friendly restaurant, my picky eating kids can always find something they like, it doesn’t matter if my kids are noisy, they provide crayons and color paper to keep my small kids happy (not to mention lids on the kids cups are great), the prices are very reasonable, and I love their food choices.
When given the chance to try Chili’s new Wild OR Mild menu, you better believe I JUMPED at the chance.
Let me introduce you to the Mild and Wild menu.

I know it looks amazing right?
WELL it tastes even better than it looks.
We started off the night with the MILD Skillet Queso (of course). It came out hot, with fresh warm chips, and a bowl of salsa. I just love how hot and fresh this comes out every time we order it.
Talk about delicious.
I am a mild girl myself, so I went with a touch of the Mild menu and ordered the Big Mouth Bites. My hubby likes things a bit spicier than I do, so he went for the WILD menu and
ordered the Blazin Big Mouth Bites.
The Big Mouth Bites are four mini burgers topped with applewood smoked bacon, American cheese, sauteed onions and ranch. Served with crispy onion strings and ranch dressing. The Blazin Big Mouth Bites are four peppercorn-crusted mini burgers with jalapeño-mayo, jalapeños and American cheese. Served with crispy onion strings and homestyle fries.
No surprises here. We came hungry for something fresh, new, and great tasting AND that is exactly what we got. We had great service and the food was DELICIOUS.
I like how my Big Mouth Bites were juicy and the applewood smoked bacon added the perfect touch to make these lil’ burgers unique and mild. My hubby loved his Blazin Bites and thought the jalapeños gave his burger bites a yummy BITE.
We will definitely be back (as always) and eager to try the rest of the Mild and Wild Menu.
