I just love Xtrema’s fabulous features and definitely put it to the test several times with a variety of different meals and recipes. I had the wonderful opportunity to try Xtrema’s 10″ Covered Braiser Skillet. I found the same amazing results with each meal preparation to be consistent.

Cooking pasta with Xtrema’s 10″ Braiser Skillet allowed me to cook my pasta faster and keep it warm longer. I like this, because having 3 kids who are impatient when it comes to eating and who like to eat again after meals have been put away or gotten cool. Where meals would have gotten cold and need to be reheated, with the Xtrema’s Braiser Skillet I am able to keep meals warmer longer. It is like Xtremea has an internal warmer that helps keep Xtrema Cookware cookware warm.
Definitely mom friendly.
Cooking chicken meals, I noticed the chicken having a thoroughly flavorful taste. The infrared cooking allows my chicken to absorb and retain my delicious marinade. Each piece of chicken is tender and juicy unlike other cookware that leaves chicken dry and lacking the deep flavor.
Casseroles, ground turkey, sauces, sauteed veggies, and beans seem to cook faster and taste better.
The Xtrema Braiser Skillet is such a great versatile skillet that gives cooking a new taste and way of cooking in my home. I would love to replace all my cookware with Xtrema’s great line of Tea Pots, Cookware Sets, Baking Pans, Skillets, and Wok.
