Whether you are doing an event that lasts more than one day or just having a special post that is important, you may want this post to stay at the top of your site. For example, I am doing a Holiday Hop Event that lasts a few days. I want my event post to stay at the top of my site, BUT I have other posts that I will be published during that time period. I want to make sure my regular posts go live and my Event post stays at the top.
If you have Blogger and are wondering if you can do this, the answer is YES!
Let me show you how.
Step 1) PUBLISH your post as usual.
Step 2) Click on EDIT post
Step 3) Click on POST OPTIONS. This will bring up posting options.
Step 4) Below is what your posting options look like. Here you will put the SCHEDULED TIME and DATE. Meaning if I want my post to be on the top of my site until December 5th at 12:59pm, that is the time that I am going to insert.
Step 5) Click PUBLISH again.
Now your post will be at the top of your site. Everything you post from then on will go under it, unless you schedule it otherwise.
