Great Holiday Gift Idea: ZeroWater Filtered Water Pitcher

There is just something refreshing about cold clean fresh crisp water. The only thing that could make it taste even better, is if it is free of any contaminants. That is exactly what ZeroWater offers it’s customers.

ZeroWater is the ONLY filtered water that meets FDA definition for purified bottled water.
ZeroWater uses a patented Ion Exchange Filter, that  combines five stages of filtration.

Stage 1
Activated carbon infused micron cloth
Stage 2
Multi-layer system using activated carbon and oxidation reduction alloy
Stage 3
Distributor that maximizes contact time
Stage 4
Comprehensive Ion Exchange array
Stage 5
Non-woven membrane to remove fine particles

The ZeroWater Filtration Pitcher takes a little bit of time for the water to pass through the filtration stages. This gives me the feeling and satisfaction of knowing it is really working to thoroughly filter my water. Other water filters seem to pass the water through the filter process really fast, which leads me to wonder how it filtered my water that fast.

ZeroWater gives you a Digital Water Tester for you to see just how pure their water is. Test it yourself and see the difference in the reading and in the taste.
So of course my first thought when I saw the digital water tester, was “I wonder what the filtered water from my fridge and the filtered water pitcher I have, will read on the digital tester”.
(Above is what the numbers on the digital tester mean. The closest to 000 the better)
I have to admit I was a bit surprised at the difference in numbers.
The reading for my tap water was 407.
We spent $50 on each filter we purchase for our refrigerator water filter. The reading I got on the water from my fridge was 404.
The purified water pitcher we previously used had a reading of 325.
ZeroWater pitcher has a reading of 000.

I was extremely surprised at what a difference in the number readings I got.
What the do the digital readings mean?
000-001 = Meets FDA definition of purified bottled water
002-050 = Moderate contaminant level
051-200= Typical contaminant level range
201-300= High contaminant level
301-500= Exceptionally high contaminant level
500+ is Extreme contaminant level
* Contaminant levels are determined by the amount of dissolved solids in the water*

I am extremely impressed with the technology, the quality of water, and the design of the ZeroWater Pitcher. Not only did I get a ZERO reading on my water, but I love the great clean taste of the water.

Features I REALLY like:
Design: I like that it is sleek and narrow making it easier to slide onto a shelf in my fridge and easier to clean. I like that it has an easy to grip handle, easy to dispense water spout, and the lid stays on when I pour from the water spout.
Convenience: I like not having to take the pitcher out of the fridge, thanks to the push button in-fridge water dispensing button at the base of the pitcher’s handle. It is great having fresh clean bottled water tasting water in my fridge at all times, without the expense.
Benefits: Clean water, less waste, save money on bottle waters (why buy water bottles you will have to throw away, when you can have the same quality of water made right in your home), and safe water for my whole family to drink.

What a great experience.  The ZeroWater Filtration Pitcher would make a GREAT holiday gift for those hard to shop for people this holiday season.
