I wasn’t sure what to expect, but did everything the session called for. I found myself almost in tears after listening to my Hypnotransformation session. It started of with Kym’s calming voice, soft soothing music, and focusing techniques for optimizing your relaxation. I found myself focusing on breathing and visuals rather than issues that are causing me stress (like my house not being immaculate).  Kym took me out of my constant stressed up tight thoughts and filled them with relaxing and comforting thoughts. I also used my heated neck wrap to help reduce my tense neck and felt great after listening. I mention that I almost teared up, because it felt SO good to give myself to this experience and get out of it what I was hoping for. I actually need to listen to this more often. I feel it was easier for me to get the best possible experience by waiting until all my kids were asleep and I was able to have a quiet spot to enjoy this experience.
