Keep track of your food intake, help you stay on target to meet your goals, includes nutritional charts, grocery list, and monitor your progress. The small size makes it easy for travel. Food and Fitness Tracker can be purchased for $12.99 in booklet form or $8.99 for instant download. After my mom saw me keeping track of my daily intake, she asked me to show her the website so she could purchase one. She loved the idea of being able to purchase it online for a cheaper price and fast delivery.
Fitness Rotation: Provides you with a guiline to follow. This assists you in using the appropriate workout viedo or home activity needed for each day. It explains the rationale behind each day’s activity, gives the allotted amount of time needed, and offers different levels of intensity. Start at beginner and gradually grow to intermediate levels.

Get Extremely Ripped!: This 60 Minute video offers 2~30 minute calorie crushing workouts. Also included is a bonus video featuring 8 minutes to Ripped Abs. This fabulous workout works all your major muscles with continue movement.
I didn’t have weights the first time I tried this workout. I could still feel the burn and got a great workout. I found myself exhausted after the first half hour. I took short breaks and used modifications to meet my beginning workout level. I like how Jari Love explains what to do and which muscles you are working. This is a great workout for working out your full body, getting tone, burning calories, and feeling great after your workout. All the ladies in this workout look great. Some are mom and gave me the feeling “I can do this too”.
Body Rock: This is a 75 minute video PERFECT for those who would love to add a fun dance twist to burning calories and getting fit. Get a rock hard body while rocking out. I have always wanted to learn Mambo, Latin, Hip Hop, and Salsa dance steps. So I was excited Jari Love incorporated these exciting dances as a part of this workout video. Also enjoy Jazz, Disco, Funky, Arm Workouts, Abs, and more fun workouts designed to help you get rid of those last 10 pounds you are trying to lose.
Get Ripped 1000: This is a 70 minute video that allows you to burn up to 1000 calories. I like how each workout segment keeps you moving. Jari Love’s upbeat attitude, positive encouragement, and optional modifications provide a great full body workout experience for people of all workout levels. This workout rotates a muscle toning exercise with cardio exercises. Giving you a hard core cardio workout and body defining work out all in one video.
Get Ripped and Chiseled: This is a 60 minute workout video designed to burn 1000 calories by using weights or your own body weight. You’ll experience Jari’s same positive and easy to follow workouts. This program uses minimal rest, challenges, constant movement to help tone your full body. There are 15 workouts including warm ups and cool down. Workout include lunges, push chest, back track, squats, and much more. Enjoy the full workout program or modify your workout to what best fits your ultimate fitness needs.
Slim & Lean: This is a 60 minutes workout video that uses 15 body sculpting exercises to ensure your path to a lean and tone body. This video provides and explanation of the proper way to complete each exercise. I think my favorite exercise is the squats and lunges. Another thing I liked is that Jari Love gives modifications for weak wrists, which I feel I have.

In the beginning you are able to find helpful techniques to help modify workouts to fit your physical needs, because Jari Love knows that not all people are created the same. This is a workout video that works out your full body. Jari Love reminds you that you are not going to get the results you want unless you also make proper nutrition and cardio a part of your exercise routine. This workout video was also names #1 Resistance Workout of the Year in Fitness Magazine.

Get Extremely Ripped! 1000: This is a 60 minute workout video. It uses intervals of compound exercises and cardio. It tells you how many calories are burned with each workout exercise. Jari Love talks you through each workout helping you to understand the movements and feel motivated.
I like how Jari Love workouts are at a level that I can follow. I am a beginner and felt that I could follow and understand each workout exercise.
I found myself exhausted before each workout video was over and found my muscles sore the next day. This is a good sore, that kept me wanting to workout more, because I could feel the upcoming results. I like being held accountable for my results with the Fitness Tracker and the Fitness Rotation Guide. It is wonderful to have a schedule to follow. Jari Love is amazing and each of her workout videos offer quality full body workouts, giving you the necessary skills and exercises needed to achieve a tone and desirable body.
