I have to admit I am an extremely protective mom, just like any other mom. I love taking my kids to amusement parks, the park, and other fun public places. For me taking my kids to these places gives them a great deal of excitement and me a great deal of anxiety. The thought of losing one of my kids in a large group of people scares me. I am a mom who never lets their guard down and never stops touching my children while out, to ensure they are always with me so I can look away. One day we were at the zoo with a large group of my in laws and their families. I let me guard down thinking that one of the kids were still holding Alyssa’s hand and they weren’t. I originally intended to try my Gripsterz on Caden (my 1.5 yr) who loves to jump out of his stroller. Alyssa saw it and loved it, which worked out perfect, because she is constantly not watching where she is going and tends to wander without realizing it.
We have Legoland passes and Zoo passes, so our Gripsterz was put to the test.

While visiting Legoland, I attached our Gripsterz to my stroller and Alyssa grabbed the handle. She loved the cute purple monkey character. While holding on to the Gripsterz she was able to walk around Legoland while holding on to the monkey and didn’t have to worry about watching me the whole time. I was given the satisfaction of keeping Alyssa close, not having to worry about her wandering off, and not having to worry about her getting behind me. The distance of the strap was great. It keep Alyssa at the perfect distance from me.I like that the Gripsterz comes with 2 different attachments allowing me to the option to attach it to my hand, my kid’s hands, my stroller, shopping cart, and the option add another attachment for Caden to to hold on to as well..
Overall Gripsterz did exactly what I was hoping for. It provided a fun and safe way for Alyssa to stay close to me, while ensuring Alyssa stayed close. I need that little extra hand while out in public with three kids and Grispterz is that perfect hand.
