Fashion Plates is a design site where girls ages 5-12 design their own custom clothes and Fashion Plates brings their design to life. Giving girls the excitement and creativity of designing their clothes.
Girls can first choose from the wide selection of popular clothing options including long sleeve shirts, hoodies, dresses, terry bags, jackets, belts, leggings, and much more. As you scroll through the many clothing options, you are given a base price in the right hand corner. Some start at just $10.
After choosing which piece and size of clothing you would like to start with, you have the option to add embellishments to personalize.
Fashion Playtes gives the creative designer fun and unique customizing options. With great added touches such as ribbons, ruffles, rhinestones, custom label, and rosettes, the little designer in your life is sure to find everything she needs to put a smile on her face.
I gave my 5 year old Alyssa the option to make her own piece of apparel. I can’t begin to tell you how big her smile was. She quickly chose a short sleeve dress and added cute little touches to personalize. Once she was sure that she was done adding all the colors, ribbons and rosettes she wanted, it was Fashion Playtes turn to bring my little girl’s design to life.
Alyssa’s dress arrived fast, wrapped pretty, and ready to be given as a gift.
Everything was exactly as she designed it. From the pretty blue dress design to the added rosette under the neckline, to the white lace ribbon edge, to the personalized label on the back of her dress.
I am not sure who was more excited, Alyssa or myself. It was such a great experience and I loved seeing how happy it made Alyssa to make something so fun and wearable.
Alyssa enjoyed expressing herself through creativity and stylish design.
